Unit 6: Muddiest Point

Are records that are entered into Zotero saved, and therefore recoverable, if there is a problem with the browser?  I read that Zotero "lives" in the browser; is there any way to make certain that the information entered is accessible?  Also, can the entries be accessed on other browsers on other computers?  Can I create an account on zotero.org that will save my information?
