Unit Eight: HTML and Web Authoring Muddiest Points

My understanding of Assignment 6 is that we are to create several linked pages, each containing specific content; my question is, will there be other HTML requirements, such as specifying a background color, including within-the-page links, color or font effects for links visited and links hovered upon, etc.?  This might have been in the lecture; if so, I apologize for missing this.  Also, I apologize for my "muddy" language; learning HTML can feel like swimming through muddy water!
